Our business model was created with the goal to provide operators and start-ups with innovative solutions to grow their ideas or expand their business. We have a strong focus on commercial and private aviation, operating both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. Our senior management team has a combined experience of over 50 years of operational and managerial experience in business and commercial operations. Our Managing Director is a focused and driven aviation professional with over 25 years of experience in senior management and training roles within the industry, including corporate, private, charter, and multinational commercial airlines. These roles have seen him being responsible for writing and obtaining Air Operators Certificates (AOC’s) and regulatory compliance. His training management background includes overseeing the ground training department for classroom training of human factors, basic induction training LMS-CBT development, cadet training and type ratings for two large Asian commercial airlines, and obtaining multiple training and flight examiner TRE qualifications on Boeing B737, Airbus A320, A330, and A350.
Our General Manager brings to the table a wealth of knowledge and experience comprised of over 27 years in aviation from inflight services, piloting several high-performance turboprops and jets including the Boeing B737, B777, and the Airbus A320/330. He also has extensive experience in IOSA and internal safety auditing and operations management. Having graduated from the University of Newcastle, Australia with a Post Graduate in Aviation Management and an IATA Certificate in Aviation Management from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, he is highly qualified to offer professional advice on areas of his field of expertise.
Our Head of Training is an aviation professional with extensive experience in quality management, and with a background in human factors, cabin safety, and safety management systems. As a trainer examiner, she has created, implemented, and delivered HF, SEP, and SMS courses worldwide, to a wide number of airlines and operators, including national carriers, private jet operators, seaplane operators, rotary-wing MEDEVAC, and law enforcement operations. She has graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a degree in Aeronautics, holds a certificate in Aviation Accident Investigation from the same university, and current trainer/ examiner certifications.
